I used 3lb and 5lb weights.. but feel free to use whatever you have at home, or even just your body weight is more than enough — promise !!! Remember, focusing on form is everything !!!
Shoulders, back, chest, triceps
targeting the inner thighs, booty, pelvis, and abs... you will feel this head to toe, and most likely end up with the shakes.
feel free to add arm weights or ankle weights, to amplify the burn ;)
