I switched it up between 3lb weights and 5’s. Shoulders, biceps, triceps, & back. Loved this one.
This ones got a little bit of everything, and it’s super challenging too. I used 5lb weights - but feel free to use whatever feels right for YOU.

I used 3lb and 5lb weights.. but feel free to use whatever you have at home, or even just your body weight is more than enough — promise !!! Remember, focusing on form is everything !!!
